Shake it baby! This was my first time seeing a machine like this and what an experience! A little heavier than I thought. The shipping wasn’t long but not short either. The package came packed tightly and the machine looks good. You’ll need AAA batteries for the remote and the manual offers a few choice exercises to start with. You can also use TikTok to find more ideas.

This is such a fun device! It vibrates with vigor and is adjustable via the touchscreen or included remote. I've always wanted one for health benefits and am so glad that I ordered this. The Bluetooth feature is great along with the resistance bands and hand loops. The loops attach to the base on each side via a hidden metal piece that is retractable. The screen also has a calorie counter. This is a great piece of equipment for all types of people and fitness levels. It gets my vote!

This is an interesting piece of equipment. It is very easy to use and there is a wide variety of exercises that can be performed with it. There are several different settings available. The biggest con if you can call it that, is that you have to point the remote directly at the equipment to turn it on and off or to change the settings.

I have never used a vibration plate so I have nothing to compare this to. It does what it says it does. I am just learning the different ways to use one. It does feel good though on my legs. I am starting on a low setting and working my way up. I did try the blue tooth speaker that I thought was a nice addition however the speaker volume is very low. The speaker is not something I would actually use because of that reason. Other than that it matches the description and its light weight and easy to move around.

This vibration plate arrived ready to use right out of the box and has exceeded my expectations. The package includes everything needed to get started the vibration platform, detachable resistance bands with carabiners and grip handles, an additional looped exercise resistance band, the power cable, and an illustrated user guide outlining specific targeted routines.  It has Bluetooth for music but I didn’t use that part personally. The build feels sturdy and grounded on the floor thanks to the suction-cup base, and the non-slip textured platform provides great grip during use. I really like incorporating this into my daily routine stepping onto the platform delivers an immediate, invigorating sensation that wakes up the muscles, stimulates circulation, and eases stiffness in my legs almost instantly. The included resistance bands add solid upper-body activation without needing extra gym gear. With consistent use, the long-term benefits for recovery, balance, joint comfort, and overall muscle tone are very promising. It is an efficient, high-value addition to any home setup.
