Very easy to install. All you do is screw in a few screws and then clamp it on to the desk (you don't put the screws in your desk, they go in the keyboard tray hardware). Height adjustment work easily by pressing levers at both sides of the keyboard. Very sturdy feel. Attractive black color. Allows you to push it under the desk so very little of the keyboard tray sticks out (if you are short on space).
