As long as you read the instructions and understand them thoroughly, the installation of this product didn't take more than 15 minutes. Pros: Easy to install Cons: Before you poke a hole in the wall make sure there are no studs in the way!

Great price. Nice and heavy. Will be installed in a week or two so can offer more feedback then. Is replacing one of similar style. Thus far I am very happy with it.
