These units are a surface mount. This means the electrical connection is also expected to come from within the wall. They would benefit from a stand off kit if the wiring has to be surface mounted. Our solution was to use 3/8" redi rod in the concrete wall and then use an extension nut on the redi rod to give us the distance required for the 90deg emt connector. You will need to offset the emt because of course it lines up with the top right anchor, but you can make it work.
