This toilet needs to be flushed twice every time. We bought tow of these and had them installed by a plumber. Talked to Kohler and also had them checked a year later by a different plumber and still the same issue. The design of the water inlet to the bowl does not cause a circular motion to form but rather just a roiling which prevents everything from being flushed on the first time. Please choose a different toilet for your needs as these are beyond frustrating.

Horrible product with backwards government regulations. Supposed to be Low Flow and save water, but not really if you have to flush it 2x ever single time because once isn't enough. Not to mention the minimal amount of water in the bowl and the splash-back.
