1 star out of 5 is too generous. If you love 40 dollar garbage look no further, this website has managed to mark up a $5.00 dispenser to $39.99. If you order this online, prepare to be underwhelmed by the size and function of this item. If you see it in the store and still think; "this is worth $40.00", move as quick as you can to the nearest hospital because there may be a fluid leaking out of your head. However, if you like trying to fit a small amount of liquid into a container that is not functionally big enough, this is right up your alley. Are you a hotel looking to furnish bathrooms and you couldn't care less about your budget?
