It doesn’t work it’s always sleep and learning mode and it can not be moved from there , also is not giving me the gallons of water using.

I was happy with the system until now. The app migrated to a new platform, and no matter what I do, I cannot stop the alerts for water use when my irrigation system comes on. The Moen system turns off the water a couple of times a day. I get the alerts but usually after the fact since I am traveling with intermittent WiFi, leaving my family with no water. The “Help” bot is no help, and I can’t reach a human on the phone

Works great, turn the water off with the app, when ever we leave for a long period of time.
