This is a great product. We have a valve installed at each of two homes. We actually had pretty good luck training the valves to correctly recognize fixtures, and that my father-in-law sometimes DOES take a shower at 2am. My concern is a recent downgrade of the App and Website feature set. It is no longer possible to manually correct fixture identification. The online instructions still direct you to links that are no longer available on the app or website. I think it is rather tacky to get us commited to a VERY expensive valve and installation and then take away features. We used the old app until after it was to expire as the features were still there. Sadly, now the original app is no longer functional. When I called support I was told that the app was still in development. Sounds a little fishy to me. Why would you release a complely new app that does half what the old app did? Months later features are still missing. Please consider giving this some attention ASAP? Thank you for an otherwise great product

It doesn’t work it’s always sleep and learning mode and it can not be moved from there , also is not giving me the gallons of water using.

I was happy with the system until now. The app migrated to a new platform, and no matter what I do, I cannot stop the alerts for water use when my irrigation system comes on. The Moen system turns off the water a couple of times a day. I get the alerts but usually after the fact since I am traveling with intermittent WiFi, leaving my family with no water. The “Help” bot is no help, and I can’t reach a human on the phone
