The shelves on this product are very rustic. It did not sit level once it was put together. Two of the legs were just slightly longer than the other 2. However, once bottles of wine were added you did not notice the wobbliness.

The metal legs came slightly warped but could be gently bent back and screwed-in without damage. The wooden bottle rests go all the way back, meaning they will fully support any bottle shape. Further, there is enough room vertically for all 3 racks to store Champagne bottles. This is rare for wine racks these days! I'm using the wine glass storage rack level for carafes. The top shelf has slight indentations to simulate age and wear, but items such as plate stands rest perfectly on it. Slight warping aside, I am very pleased with its rare design ability to accommodate bottle sizes from 375 ml to 1 ltr. Great all-around storage and display qualities!

The wood is a bit more “rustic” than what it looked like on the pictures. Not quite as solid as it could be for this price if actual wood was used for the top and shelf instead of fabricated “rustic” material.
