Garde-manger Robicheaux

I love this as a way to add extra cabinet and counter space. Very well made and definitely a nice addition to our kitchen.

Look great and fits the space perfectly. Doors are a bit misaligned which cause small issues closing them- this improved a bit with some adjusting the hinges etc. Adds a good amount of storage to my tiny 400sf apt. Not the easiest to put together but did. It on my own. Tip- when connecting the two large pieces, so it while lying both on the ground. No way I could have picked up the top and placed it on the bottom by myself

This item shipped really fast. It was packaged pretty well too. However the top piece did come cracked but not enough for me to want to return it. I took the advice of some other reviews and sealed the top counter with a clear topcoat before putting it together. I also left the right door off to make it more of a display. And I added stick on back splash. I’m only giving four stars because 1) The counter to the top of the cabinet is not tall enough it could use another 2 to 3 inches I cannot put my Keurig under it and still be able to open the top without it hitting the counter. The drawer is a bit too short. And 3) this took a very long time to put together.

Overall, it is a great pantry. After using it for about a week, there are a few things that could be better. 1) The drawer is about 1/2" too short to be able to hold boxes like aluminum foil and plastic wrap. 2) There is no ability to put in a shelf on the right side bottom cabinet even though this is the tallest open space in the pantry. It led to some wasted space. 3) The top was cracked slightly and probably happened in shipping. But Wayfair was very quick to address the situation and correct it. One last note: read the directions carefully when you get to the doors. I assumed all the hinges were the same and it cost me a couple hours trying to figure out why there was not enough adjustment in the door hinges to allow all 3 doors to close.

Great addition to the kitchen, plenty of storage. Well built, exactly what we were looking for!
