I read the description of the pan and would swear it was induction compatible, but in reality it was not. I think the quality of the pan is first rate, but apparently not what I thought it was. I will buy one thats for sure compatible.

Another huge plus is that it’s oven safe up to 500°F, giving me so much versatility for finishing dishes in the oven. While it’s not induction compatible, it works perfectly on my gas stovetop. I initially washed with soap and warm water and coated with some oil for first use. Easy to clean and to use. The price seems reasonable for a griddle like this. The heat was distributed nicely on meats.

I highly recommend this iron clad grill to anyone looking to have the outdoor cooking experience but may not have the ability to do. Or, maybe you just don’t want to grill outside and that’s fine too. Whatever the situation, this grill will take care of it . Stressing over cooking is not in the room with us.
