It looks nice and keeps drinks cold a good long while. The lid, however, can easily be whacked out of alignment so that it doesn't quite fit right. I have three of these now that work; two of them that I bought elsewhere (not from Wayfair) were damaged in two separate shipments when the lid either came off entirely in one case, or just doesn't close well in the other. So be careful with it if you want it to last. It is NOT dishwasher safe, since the double-wall construction relies on trapped air, which can expand and damage the walls of the container. Overall, I really like the pitcher due to its lid, its thermal properties, the fact that it's lead-free, and the nice look to it.
