⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ From “Do I Really Need This?” to “How Did I Cook Without It?” I’ll admit it — when I first got my Anova Sous Vide, I wondered if it would become one of those kitchen gadgets that gets used twice and then forgotten. I was completely wrong. Anova has genuinely changed the way I cook, especially meat. There is something incredibly satisfying about cutting into a steak and seeing the exact doneness you wanted from edge to edge. No gray overcooked layer, no dry center, no guessing. Just beautifully tender, juicy meat every single time. One of my favorite ways to use it is preparing beef sous vide and then finishing it over a very hot grill or open flame. That combination is incredible: a smoky, caramelized crust on the outside and perfectly tender, juicy meat inside. It feels like something you would order at a great steakhouse, except I made it myself. But what I love most about Anova is the confidence it gives me in the kitchen. When I’m cooking an expensive piece of meat, I don’t have that little voice in my head saying, “Please don’t overcook this!” I set the temperature, let Anova do its job, and know exactly what I’m going to get. It has also made entertaining so much easier. Instead of stressing over timing everything perfectly, I can have the main course ready and finish it right before serving. More time with family and friends, less time standing nervously over the stove. For me, Anova isn’t just about precision. It’s about making great food more consistently and making cooking more enjoyable. Some kitchen appliances save you time. Some help you cook better. Anova somehow manages to do both. Five stars — and definitely one of the best additions I’ve made to my kitchen.

Great sous vide.

This is my 2nd anova. I have never found a better way to do large batches of chicken wings. It keeps them warm until they are ready to go in the air fryer. Great piece of equipment one of my favorites.
