We loved this pan in the beginning.. We were very careful with the utensils we used. Within a short time the inside changed. The foods started to stick. It became like rough , 'sandy'. We washed with a soft cloth sponge. Then it started to 'like peel', even on the sides. I am sure it is great quality, but think I got one with an issue. I would buy again because I trust this is a good brand.

This is a good pan. Even though it is a very light pan, it works on an induction stovetop . And it cleans up simply and quickly . Happy with it .
