Haven't cooked with these yet as they just came. Birthday gift for my man. He opened and scrutinized the pans. He said they were excellent. Too bad no lids came. Will be bbqing steaks on grill....

These are really nice heavy duty pans, not some cheap light weight junk.

They say they come preseason. I had to preseason them again because even though I cooked fish in oil it still stuck badly to the frying pan.

Been happy with them only thing is I wish they had come with lids

I love love love this set of pans!! My new favorite. I keep one on my stove at all times and use it almost daily.
