Knife looks, feel and cuts very good, but I'm always concern when a knife maker doesn't disclose the type of metal and hardness rating of their knives.

This knife feels comfortable to hold , very sharp , and cuts smoothly through fruits , vegetables, and small ingredients. It is also easy to clean and feels well made . I have been reaching for it a lot lately when preparing lunch or snacks.
