What I love most about this knife is how comfortable it is to use. The handle fits perfectly in my hand, making it easy to control the knife. This makes all the difference when I’m preparing meals. I absolutely love this knife. I do a lot of cooking, just about every day. It's perfect for chopping, each slice is like cutting through butter. The superb balance of the blade versus the handle makes it one of my favorite "go to" knives when I'm cooking and the overall look of it is beautiful! It easily chops, slices, and minces through meat, vegetables, fruits, and poultry. It is very comfortable to use with its ergonomic handle. It is also easy to take care of.
