This stockpot is amazing! I just used it to make a beef casserole and it worked perfectly. I have 4 or 5 Berghoff pans and this one didn’t disappoint! Just as my others, I was able to cook onions and ground beef without anything burning. Cooking with these is a game changer. I was previously using a stainless steel pot and everything would stick to the bottom if I wasn’t careful enough. These pots make it so easy. From the built in strainer to the ease of cleaning after cooking, these are the best pots I’ve ever had!
