The handle is sturdy and spouts on the sides make it easy to drain grease or liquids. It’s easier to clean than some of my other cast iron pans and I love the Oyster color.

I took it out of the packaging and immediately used it and I swear, these are some of the tastiest potato’s and crab cakes I’ve ever made. The grill marks are perfect that it leaves, I love the color, and it’s strong. Like super well made, not too thick, not too thin. Very well made.

While it is on the heavier side, the helper handle makes it safer and more convenient to maneuver. The pour spouts on each side allow for easy draining of excess liquid.
