Autocuiseur noir & decker 7 qt.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a different model and used it once and loved it. However, when I was preparing a meal for a family dinner, it wouldn't work. We contacted black and decker and they set a different model at no cost except for the shipping. Haven't had a chance to use the new one yet

Used 4 times. It lights up and lets me program, but never gets warm... hoping I can get a response from maker...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this slow cooker. It is perfect size for my family. It works great and had absolutely no issued using it. I would definitely recommend it to others.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] this crock pot is the best one i have ever had. the digital part is awesome an it is so easy to use. it is a very nice size and would buy this again over any others

It cooked great but the stone pot got dropped and broke. I can't find a replacement part anywhere. How do I order a new stone pot for this model?
