Chauffe-bodum carafe et tasse

Wrong size and wrong material. I requested glass and got plastic. Very disappointed as I spent a long time on the phone with the sales associate explaining what I was looking for and the exact dimensions. Associate was polite and helpful but in the end didn't get me what I was looking for.

This was a good replacement for the glass beaker I broke, but it didn't wear well - the beaker's dimensions must have been slightly different from the glass original's, because fine cracks soon appeared in the outside. The beaker was still useable for several months, but I've returned to using glass beakers since.

We use these for preparation in a coffee shop. They're much more durable than glass beakers. The only downside is that they pick up the scent of soap when washed if you use too much or a strongly-scented dish soap.
