Bought these to replace the dinner knives in a set we already have. The old knives were getting rust spots and they were too long (9 inches) to fit in our dishwasher basket. These new one are the same pattern and only 8.1 inches long so fit in dishwasher. They have a nice finish and hopefully last a long time.
