Purchased as a replacement. I like the glass-so easy to see exactly how much water I’ve put in the kettle plus the easy opening top makes filling very easy.

There was no electric plate when this item arrived. Called customer service and they sent a replacement unit but the second one arrived but no electric plate was in that unit. Ordered one elsewhere.

Very basic. So far so good. The top is just glass- no plastic. Not sure if this will break sooner than one that does have plastic rim

This is my first electric kettle and I am very pleased. It is easy to fill, heats up quickly, and doesn't take up a lot of space on the counter. It may be on the smaller side for bigger families with a max of 2L, but for one person it works perfectly. I would recommend this electric kettle.

I am so happy with this! It heats up quickly and will be perfect for that one cup of cocoa or tea. It does not have a large footprint, so its great for my limited counter space. There is a light that comes on when its on and when the water is ready it shuts off.
