They are nice boards and a nice color. They clean very easily. However they are scratching very easily, and the idea of micro plastic winding up in my food is making me feel very adverse to using these boards.

This was an excellent purchase. I love the colors these came in and that they store inside the larger cutting board. They are so far holding up nicely and I am much happier with these than my previous flimsy cutting boards with no grooves.
