I am in love with this brewing machine. I have made 3 batches of tea so far perfect for the hot summer day, I have not tried to do cold brew in it yet but I am sure it will be good as well. Right out of box so easy to use, after cleaning of course. Only complaint is the cord is short. If I have to have a complaint. I recommend this product.

Great tea! Very quick and easy to use. I use less tea per its instructions and the tea still tastes amazing.

It’s okay. Bought it because they had the color I wanted (teal). Buttons on it are flimsy, but makes good tea.

It is as expected and the price was ok. It makes nice iced coffee. Perfect.

It makes a good pitcher of ice tea with minimum mess whether you use bags or loose leaf. Easy to clean. I wish I could control the temperature a little more but very pleased with my purchase
