I bought it open box and was broken. However, it works well.

It holds the amount of water we need and boils in the average amount of time. The problem is that it doesn't rest on the base disk (not even completely when full of water). Makes it feel a bit risky to use it very much and am not comfortable leaving it without water since it will knock over easily.
