the rotimaker does not work hence i waant to return it for refund i have used it only once but did not get satisfactory results it burns the rotis please let me know how i can return the same for refund for price charged $42.00

Not really good for actually pressing homemade dough.

Cons: - There isn’t a bump or demarcation on the knob to show what level of heat you are selecting. - The cord is really short. - Even when you turn the knob all the way down, the press doesn’t cool down. You have to unplug it for this to occur. So far, the only thing we use it for is to heat up our tortillas. Pros: even heat.

My wife loves it very useful.
