This stand electric mixer has many positive features including three attachments for different cooking needs. I like the cover that can catch splatters, and the 10 different speeds will be helpful for types of foods. I found the directions for attaching the blades a bit confusing since there is an arrow under the bowl pointing clockwise that I assumed were for the blades as well as the bowl. I couldn't make the blades lock in position until I realized they locked in counterclockwise. Also, trying to beat just one egg white did not work for me as the blade did not reach down far enough. Overall, however, this mixer will help speed up the cooking process.

I was really drawn to this set because of the color and overall look. The silver finish is clean, modern, and has a nice shine that fits perfectly with the rest of my kitchen tools. At first glance, everything appears sleek and well designed, and the pieces have a polished appearance that makes them look more expensive than they are. Once I inspected everything more closely, I noticed a problem. One of the pieces already has the silver coating peeling, and it is noticeable enough to affect both the appearance and my confidence in using it. The peeling spot interrupts the smooth finish and makes the piece look worn even though it is brand new. It also raises concerns about whether the coating will continue to come off during use, especially when preparing food.
