At first the tablecloth made me dizzy with all the colors and busyness of the pattern but now I am enjoying it completely

The colors in this tablecloth are bright- just what I wanted to do a party table with solid color dishes. However, picture looks as if tablecloth is ruffled, when in fact it's a flat print.
