Thick glass and good quality

Glasses are perfect, however I only received a set of four, I paid for a set of eight. When I contacted customer service, I was told I will be sent a shipping label on May 9th to return the four I received, then will be sent the set of eight. I asked if I could just get another set of four that I already paid for, I was told "the system will not allow them to process a set of four". That is confusing because i received a set of four. Now I will need to get glasses elsewhere due to the fact I just moved into a new house and have no other glasses.
