I ordered the 11" pan in gray and was surprised when the box showed an ivory pan. The correct one was inside though. Attaching the handle was super easy -- just press the button, slide into the side of the pan, and release the button. The handle feels secure and looks like a really pretty woodgrain but is totally metal. Detaching it for storage is just as easy. Most importantly, the non-stick feature works wonderfully -- no cooking spray needed! I made an omelette with veggies and cheese, and it was so nice to not have to deal with food sticking to the pan. Per the instructions, I made sure to use a rubber spatula (and not metal utensils). Washing with a soft sponge and dishwashing liquid was a breeze too. This pan will be my go-to from now on!

The pan is attractive with the pretty wood handle and has a nice feel to it in regard to the weight--not too heavy but substantial enough that it won't slide around easily. As advertised, the handle is easily removed so you can put the pan in the oven to keep food warm or to finish cooking. The "granite" cooking surface is great for cooking things without a lot of oil. The description on the website is a little confusing because it mentions 8" as well as 9.5". To clarify, the actual cooking surface (and bottom) is 8" and the top dimension is almost 10".

How cool is this!! I love the removable handle. It makes it so much easier to store in the cabinet. I haven’t cooked with it yet, but it has a light feel to it which I do really like. The handle is not actual wood, but sort of a resin material that mimics wood. The color of the pan itself is really lovely. If it cooks as good as it looks, I don’t think I’ll be disappointed!

This nonstick frying pan with the removable handle is just gorgeous. The handle comes on and off with ease with a push of the button on top. It also came with a cleaning sponge to avoid scratching the nonstick surface.

I love this pan. Nothing sticks to it. It is so easy to wash. Cheese I mean it hush washes right off. It has a detachable handle and it’s made to look like wood. It also comes with a sponge. It will buy it again and I will also give it as a gift.
