Haven’t used it yet but it’s a very nice pan

Ive never owned a granite stone fry pan until now. I selected this to replace an aluminum pan I bought. This is not heavy but it has enough weight to fit flat on my stove. The skillet feels thick and solid. The handle is very well made and goes on easily. Very stable and fits my hand well. It doesnt get hot on the stove. The pan cooks my eggs without causing the overdone hard to chew bottom. The pour edge is nice but allows the steam to escape when I use a lid. All in all I live the pan. Everything Ive cooked in it has turned out perfect.

This is a beautiful pan! I was surprised when it arrived in 2 pieces, but the handle attaches easily and I love that there are no rivets inside the pan. It cools beautififully as well. I cooked a grilled cheese burrito in it and had no issues with cheese sticking. I also cooked some chicken and the pan wiped clean so easily. Highly recommend!

Great frying pan—looks beautiful and works really well. It arrived disassembled, but it was very easy to put together. It also came with a great screwdriver, definitely worth keeping. I really liked it!
