If you read the product overview, it says cool touch handles and dishwasher safe. The booklet that came with the pan says dishwasher not recommended, and if you put it in the oven, the handle gets hot. Well, I cooked eggs in the pan, and as you can see from the photos, the egg lifts right off with no problems. I didnt want to attempt the dishwasher, so I washed it in the sink, and I was very pleased that it was so easy and quick to clean. Im so impressed by this pan that I am thinking of ordering the whole set and donating my old set.

This is a very heavy pan. Well built one thing surprisingly different than others I have purchased it came apart had to put the handle on it however very easy to put together and th pan actually came in a soft bag to prevent scratching. I can cook for my whole family 4 sausage patties and 8 sausage links easily fit. I love this pan. Qould recommed it to anyone who needs a lager size pan..
