This one was a surprise. The light weight very clear acrylic dome is perfecto for my heavy marble base. I’ve been searching for this lid for over a year! Highly recommend!

I had no idea this item is plastic! When I order from Wayfair or one of it's subsidiarie, I always read the Description, then the Weights and Dimensions to get all the details that matter (at least most of the time!). So I just went back to look at the item online, and found that I had to scroll down to "Specifications" to see that it is plastic (as well as the fact that it is round, is made in the USA and it is a cover.) In the description, it states that it "pairs perfectly with the Madera Pedestal and Porcelain Platter". When I saw the word "porcelain", I wrongly assumed this was a glass cover. I would sum this up by saying that it's my fault that I didn't follow down and read every.single.word of the product overview, and sneaky of Wayfair to allow an item listing that leaves out of the description, such an important detail.
