Ensemble de couverts 20 pièces Cambridge Silversmiths Averie, service pour 4

I like this set a lot, BUT it has started to show spots after less than a week of use. Nothing major so far but still annoying. Technically it does say to hand wash or not use heat drying in the dishwasher, but like for real who’s doing that with silverware They feel nice in your hand though and have a good weight once you get used to it.

they're weighty, really nice and haven't had any discoloration in the dishwasher (yet)

Simple and sleek. Beautiful.

*EDIT/UPDATE: After using a couple spoons one night, not sure what happened but they both turned black and weird. They have 10yr warranty, so need to contact manufacturer, but still... never had ANY flatware, even after 15+ years if use, look like this. Flatware set itself is nice, and delivery via FedEx was a day earlier than expected, but the PACKAGING was a mess. The Flatware box was shipped in another box probably 8-10 times its size for some reason, and when i opened the big, "main" box the entire flatware set had fallen out of its own "branded" box, all the packaging, warranty cards, etc. I guess not a huge deal, but who's packing this stuff??? Looked literally THROWN into the box with different sized bubble wrap thrown in on top. Not WRAPPED in the bubble wrap (literally has wrap in the name). The set is nice though, solid, heavy, smooth edges and longer than I expected, especially compared to our old flatware. Kinda feels too fancy for us lol.

The flatware looks great. It has a nice weight to it and it doesn’t appear to be the type of material that will changefade. I haven’t run any of the pieces through the dishwasher yet but I seldom use my dishwasher anyway. Handwashing glass ave flatware has always been my preference which I’ve done with this set. They don’t dry leaving streaks or fingerprints which I love!
