It heats up quickly, maintains a consistent temperature, and keeps pastries warm without drying them out. The spacious interior and multiple shelves allow us to display and store a large quantity of baked goods at once, which is perfect for busy service hours.

This is much larger than expected but the measurements are correct in the listing details. Comes right of the box ready to go. Took about 15 minutes to get to the optimal temperature of 185 degrees. Looks great and there is plenty of room to store food for a large party. Large crumb catcher at the base. This is where the water goes to steam up at the beginning of heating.

I’m very much impressed with this warmer. I got this because our congregation was doing some work on a hall and we were going to feed them. There is room for 5 regular cookie sheets to put on the rack and even let air circulate around them. We were serving chicken pot pies that day so the plan was to bake them at home and keep them warm at the hall in this. This warmer is very well made, I’m impressed with it and I would highly recommend it.
