Dont love these. They have water trapped between the walls, slippery to hold and you have to put perfectly flat for stability

Gave them 3 stars due to the great customer service. The mugs though, don't waste your time. The first set I got the gaskets were fused to the glass and ripped when lid was removed. That set was replaced however, one of the mugs in the new set immediately developed a leak in between the layers from simply hand washing (did not immerse in water). Great concept but lacks QC.

Wouldnt buy again. Dont soak. Things get between the walls and cant be removed.

I enjoy these for all drinks. Offered guests ceramic mugs and these at a coffee bar and all of these were chosen first.

I really like these cups. They are great for hot tea and coffee. I use them for smoothies and milk shakes also. With cold things the glass is cold to the touch but the drink still stays colder than a regular glass. The is also some condensation with cold things but not between the glass. The glass is thin and so I am afraid that I will break it so I am trying to be very careful. I love the top I can just pop a top on my drink and head out the door. The only thing is you have to push it down a few times and move it around to let the pressure out for hot drinks. If not it will just pop up, not off but up. I would buy these again and also recommend them to a friend.
