This is really a great bread pan! I love the sleek look and square shape of it. When I got it, I wasn't sure what the lid is for because you don't put it on while you're baking bread and after you bake it, you take it out of the pan so you wouldn't need a lid for storage either. The other thing that puzzled me is the small holes on the bottom of the pan. When you pour batter in it, it would drip out the holes. I tried looking up info on wayfair but they didn't have any so I looked up the manufacturer and found the pan but they didn't have answers to those questions either. I went ahead and made a loaf of banana chocolate chip bread and I will say, it came out perfect!! It baked up so beautiful and cooked evenly all the way around and had the perfect brown color. The best part of all was when after it cooled off and I flipped it over to take it out of the pan, I didn't even have to run a knife along the edges to loosen it. It just popped right out and didn't even stick a little. The bread was amazing. I did put it on a cookie sheet in the oven because of the holes on the bottom because it was leaking out. So definitely put it on a cookie sheet. This is a great bread pan.

This loaf pan seems smaller than the other ones I have. It is taller. I’ve never had one with a lid so this will be a new experience. It’s walls are thick so that is a positive. I like the idea that it is non stick.

Decided to try a small loaf of pumpkin bread first. Super pleased with the result. Came out moist and evenly baked. Really looking forward to some of the other uses for it including regular sandwich bread and artisan loaves.
