Love it. This attractive knife elevates a simple task of cutting bread to another level.

Awesome knife, it’s very elegant, I really like the handle. It is very well made, very sturdy and I’m sure the handle will not come off while trying to cut something. It’s great for cutting hard fruits like watermelon!

I’m a little disappointed in this Knife. Although it is beautiful to look at, when it came down to cutting a slice of bread it preformed just ok. The handle is comfortable to hold. The blade is long enough to cut through a loaf of bread but is has a blunt edge.

I have not yet used this knife but when I opened the packaging I saw a lot of black colored specks in the knife’s blade and in the gold colored handle . I had to clean the specks off with a paper towel . The knife looks aesthetically pleasing and it was a good size . Shipping was fast too .

I noticed the Classic Touch Knife with a gold handle while searching for holiday serving ware. I was a little hesitant as the description indicated it weighed 2 pounds. The description stated, “Overall 0.5'' / Overall Product Weight 2 lb.”. I thought perhaps the decorative handle contributed to the weight of the utensil so I was expecting a rather heavy bread/cake knife which I thought it might be okay for the occasional holiday use but likely too heavy for daily use. The blade width was listed as .5” which I assumed was a half inch. Regardless, the description turned out to be inaccurate. The knife is only a few ounces in weight much like the weight of a standard cake knife. The width of the knife is closer one inch. The length of the knife is about 13 inches. I have included photos with a measuring tape. Even though there were errors in the description of the size of the knife I was quite pleased when I received it. The gold handle is sculpted with angular grooves that not only make it attractive but also provides a good grip texture. The serrated blade cut easily through loaves of French and sourdough bread. The knife is weighted well enough to make handling easy and comfortable when slicing through bread. The gold handle looks elegant and will go beautifully with the gold glass leaf holiday bowl. This item arrived five days after ordering and in perfect condition. Overall, I am very satisfied with the Classic Touch cake/bread knife and will look forward to having it as part of our holiday serve ware. I gladly recommend this decorative cake/bread knife.
