The company said the product would not chip. When I got the dinnerware I put it in the dishwasher. When I took the plates out there were tiny white chips on some. Very noticeable because the plates are dark. Also, some plates had very noticeable "dimples".

Love them, service was awesome

I liked the design, love the style with the large bowls, and disliked the color. the color says red and it looks like rust

The dishes are wonderful. We have had him for a week now and there has been no chipping or cracking. They have been bumped around some but they're still doing great.
