This is a wonderful pot! This pot has a nice thick base with evenly balanced induction heat. Everything I have made in this has cooked wonderfully. I’ve even been pleased with how well this cleans up. Nothing seems to really stick to the bottom, and if it does just use some light scrubbing to clean it up. It cleans up very nicely. The inside of this pot has nice engraved measurement lines that make it easy to figure out amounts of water or ingredients added for cooking. It comes in very handy! Also for stovetop lid on cooking. The lid that comes with this is very sturdy and well made. The nice clear glass is easy to see what you are cooking, and the steam hole is great for letting out excess steam without losing too much heat. For frequent use this pot is a great addition to any kitchen
