Love this pot so much! It cooks so evenly. I warmed up the entire pot before cooking per the directions and it really made a difference. Cleaned up really well. The best part is that the handles did not get super hot. I still used pot holders for safety. It’s the perfect size for so many things. Highly recommend. I intend on getting other sizes as I’m getting rid of all of my non stick.

I had been looking for a pot this size for a while. My cookware set didn’t come with one, and the only other pot I had was an 8-quart stockpot, which was just too big for everyday cooking. I had All-Clad cookware for about 30 years and loved the quality, but the black coating on mine eventually looked pretty bad. When I replaced my cookware, I really didn’t want to spend that kind of money again. I’m really impressed with this Cooks Standard pot. The 6-quart size is perfect. I can easily cook a pound of pasta in it, and it’s also a great size for soup or anything else where you need a decent-sized pot without pulling out a huge stockpot. It feels sturdy and well made, the lid fits nicely, and the handles stay cool. For the price, this checks all the boxes of a much more expensive pot. I’m really happy with it and think I’ll get a lot of use out of it.
