Superbe ensemble, beau format!

Verre très délicat

First set arrived with multiple broken glasses. Also, they were not what we ordered. Instead of the red wine glasses we ordered, they were white wine glasses. We notified Wayfair of the broken glasses. They sent a second set which also had a broken glass and was also the wrong glasses - white wine glasses instead of red wine.

The glasses I ordered are not the glasses I received. I was expecting sturdy red wine glasses and ended up with over priced light weight white stemware from a different manufacturer. One glass was broken. I called Wayfair and requested a return. The customer representative was pleasant and helpful. She asked if I would be satisfied with a partial credit refunded to my credit card and I could keep the glasses, which I accepted, but after sleeping on it I’m still not satisfied. I’d really rather have a full refund as I didn’t order these glasses to begin with. I’m new to Wayfair and have enjoyed my purchases. However, I’m very dissatisfied with this purchase.

I love it but the delivery person didn’t gently put the box on the ground slowly so one broke.
