This cutting board is not only Beautiful but particle for use as a heat resistant protection for you count tops. It is light weight, scratch resistant, it also does not sit directly on the counter top which is a plus as it minimizes the heat from hot pots pans. I had reservations about it being glass as I thought it would be heavy. I was wrong it is very light weight scratch resistant. I was also very impressed by how it was packed for shipping. ( see pictures) I have purchased from Wayfair for many years now, My living room, dinning room, end tables, Bed frames, mattress ect. Never had a problem with customer service, they we very helpful knowledgeable, especially putting together some of the furniture. If missing a part or broken part just call them its taken care of immediately.
