Perfect 7qt size for Gumbo. Ive made black eyed pea soup, chicken soup, chicken & lentil curry soup, black bean bisque, pork and beef roast. We love the blue. It cleans up real good. I use my stock pot a lot for large quantities but what I really like about this Dutch oven is how well it holds the heat keeping everything warm after it comes off the stove.

I love this dutch oven! I bought it a few years ago and whether i use it for stews, casseroles or baking homemade bread it stands up to the heat and frequent use. Though it is heavy (not a negative) Its easy to clean. Sometimes needs soaking and oiling but never had a problem with it.
