The French line of Cuisinart cookware is beautiful and functional. I purchased this piece to complete my set. They are heavy in weight and dish washer safe (though I advise hand washing when possible).

This pan is nothing but quality! Heats up nicely and is good for frying about anything. It is heavy though and that extra handle is handy. Money well spent!

I use a ceramic/glass electric range top and have several Cuisinart Chef's Classic pans (sauce and sauté) and have been pleased with them. This is my first tri-ply constructed pan and if just starting to buy cookware it is all I would buy. I really enjoy cooking with it.
