Love this cooker. I had one for over 20 years and just replaced it. ONE big thing is missing. My old rice cooker had a retractable cord and new one does not.

I am so happy with this product. It has excellent quality, looks beautiful in the kitchen.

very easy to use, makes very efficient rice. I downgraded from an 8-cup to a 4-cup, and the previous one lasted me 12 years!

The non-stick coating of the inner cooking pot started to peel off in just a few weeks of about 7 uses. Loved the cute design and brand, I waited hoping the peeling would stop. But three months later, peeling was all over that I stopped using it and ordered a different brand. The steam tray remained like new.

Perfect rice! Easy to use and clean. Haven’t tried other features but am pleased so far
