I’m liking have a single unit for grinding/brewing my coffee, I’ve been using it for a few weeks so time will tell. My main complaint pertains for several reasons due to the excessive amount of steam it produces. First it emits so much steam I can’t keep it under my cabinet and I had to purchase a rolling tray to move it in and out from under the cabinet. Second I have to wipe it down after every brew due to the dripping on the front and the sides. Third again from the stream, every time I open the filter area it splashes water all over from the puddling on the filter panel. Fourth after brewing and ready to push back under the cabinet there is a puddle of water that needs to be cleaned up. Unit could use some improvements.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had this coffee brewer and love it. No carafe or reservoir to clean daily, and I can custom brew for me or my family. Just wish the water reservoir was a bit larger. For me it lasts 3-4 days but with company not so long.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Grind n brew could be better..when using already ground decaf it makes a whole lot of mess…steam all around the front of the coffee maker by the buttons. Excessive liquid coffee is still in the coffee basket when emptying it. I would love to love it, but just tolerating it for the fresh grind setting.

We bought our maker about a month ago. We are extremely happy with it. It is very easy to use once you learn how it works. And we like all the features like the built-in grinder, being able to use beans or previously ground coffee. The only suggestions we would make are: make the water tank hold a little more volume and emphasize more the need to make sure the beans are in very close to the grinder entrance.
