Beautiful, but have few scratched around the edges but I still love it

Very nice cutting board! It’s so gorgeous. It’s already oiled upon arrival, but I did buy some cutting board seasoning to refresh it every month or so. A little on the thicker and heavier side but that’s a small price to pay - it is probably more resistant to warping due to the thickness, anyhow. Some other reviewers noted that the cut marks show up immediately… yes, they do! It’s a cutting board lol. If you don’t want knife marks, then don’t use a sharp knife on a piece of wood. If anything, both sides of the cutting board are beautiful, so I’m using one side for chopping and saving the other side to use as a display board, if needed. I recommend it!

Really solid chopping board, great to cut meat and everything you want.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m very happy with this board. I decided to try an end grain board and this one delivers as promised. It is a beautiful board and comes well finished. It has a soft feel and softer sound when chopping vegetables etc than any previous board I’ve owned, which I’m sure will be easier on my knives. Yes it does show cut marks but it’s a cutting board! If you want to use it as a display board just keep your cutting to one side. It stays in place when using and is very sturdy and level - no rocking. The indentations on the sides make it easy to handle as well.
