Cuisinox Gourmet 5 pintes Sauteuse avec couvercle

If I were younger, I would buy this whole set. I have the smaller pans, which are lighter, but the larger pans, including this saute pan, are too heavy for my 71-yr. old abilities. I had to go to the double-wall, instead of the triple-wall. But these are the best I have seen as far as looks and function, especially for my induction stove.

I was disappointed in this saute pan. This pan is smaller than I expected and is also smaller than advertised (4.8 qts instead of 5)

This product was everything I could have expected. The food cooked so evenly in this pan and the transfer of heat thru the entire bottom was superb. I would highly recommend this to customers.
